At Clonmore quality foods we are first and foremost a butcher specialising in bringing our customers an ethically sourced low carbon meat, grass feed and locally produced. We closely monitor the product from field to fork and quality matters. Whilst the formula of great meat starts in the field, there are many elements that affect quality that lie in the hands of our onsite butchery team.
